Defined Benefit Plans

ATI offers two uniquely defined benefit pension plans. One is designed to maximize the tax deduction, and the other is designed to transfer substantial wealth to successive generations without incurring income or estate taxes. Often a defined benefit plan can be created for the employees of the corporate general partner and not require inclusion of the employees of other entities owned by the principals.
